Meet & Greet
Our technician will greet you at your front door with a smile and a pair of shoe covers to protect your floors. Please let us know if you have any parking restrictions or concerns before we begin the walkthrough.
Exploring Your System
You lead the way - We want to see all of your electrical concerns and projects while we get to know you better. We will have questions for you, and we will answer any questions you might have as well. In order to communicate effectively, please avoid scheduling service during a virtual meeting or phone conference that requires your attention, and please seclude any disruptive pets. Quiet and polite pets are welcome to join our walkthrough!
Safety Concerns
Our technicians are trained to identify electrical safety hazards, and will bring any issues to your attention. Please ensure there is an unobstructed path to your breaker panel, and that our work area is clear and open.
Transparent Pricing
After we gather the necessary information and get to know you a bit, we will have everything we need to write up a proposal with clear, upfront, task-based pricing. This ensures you know what you’ll be committing to, to the penny. Oftentimes we are able to present a proposal right there on site and answer any questions you have.
Scheduling the Work
Diagnostics and minor repairs are typically handled same-day. For larger projects and installations, we will consult with you on what days and times work best, collect a down payment, and come back fully prepared to execute a smooth and efficient installation.
Payment Methods
We accept personal and cashiers checks, cash, and Venmo. We also accept all major credit cards, and pass along the processing charges to you.
